The key outputs for this role are as follows: xefx82xb7 New Business sales xefx82xb7 Client service and management xefx82xb7 High level performanceExperience: Essential: xefx82xb7 Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate xefx82xb7 120 FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications RE5 Requirements: xefx82xb7 Must have your own reliable transport xefx82xb7 Valid code B drivers license xefx82xb7 2 years insurance external sales experience Responsibilities: xefx82xb7 Build your own insurance portfolio by: o Being able to prospect for new clients through networking, Cold calling and door door canvasing for new business o Effective communication with both internal stakeholders and clients. o Conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client. o Providing solutions to clients by selling short term products aligned to the needs of the client. o Drafting, tracking and measurement of your personal business plan. xefx82xb7 Providing on-going service and support to your individual client base (amendments, renewals, claims etc.). xefx82xb7 Retention of existing business including renewal discussion in line with FAIS xefx82xb7 Developing internal/external relationships with clients. xefx82xb7 Continuous building of your client base hence securing future income. xefx82xb7 Keeping abreast with the commercial insurance market changes and developments. xefx82xb7 Achieving/Exceeding targets consistently xefx82xb7 Providing feedback to line management when requested. xefx82xb7 Attending all weekly and adhoc team meetings. xefx82xb7 Working closely with internal stakeholders that is, underwriting/actuarial, claims as well as surveying. xefx82xb7 Adhering to all quality standards and measures in place.
