We've got a position available for a broker retentions consultant

Purpose of position:
Managing broker and client relationships to increase their loyalty and retain their business or services.
Responsibilities:
Handling difficult client calls Retaining clients Dealing with client and broker queries and complaints on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way
Requirements:
Matric (essential) RE and FAIS accreditation (essential) Working knowledge of Obelix and PureCloud
Skills and Attributes:
