We've got a position available for a broker relationship consultant personal lines (Western Cape)

Purpose of position:
Strengthening relationships with King Price's brokers, sourcing new business opportunities, and supporting brokers in growing their business while adhering to underwriting guidelines
Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary point of contact between King Price and personal lines brokers
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
Understanding brokers business models and aligning solutions accordingly
Educating brokers on products, underwriting guidelines and compliance regulations
Liaising with brokers to resolve issues such as service delays, claim disputes, or system errors
Monitoring broker performance against targets
Analysing sales trends and providing feedback regarding to suggested improvements
Requirements:
Matric (essential)
RE5 (essential)
Full FAIS qualification (advantageous)
Good understanding of short-term insurance products, processes and regulations
3 years' short-term insurance experience in the broker space
Must have current Face to face sales/account management experience in STI
Computer literacy
Must be based in Cape Town currently
Valid driver's license and reliable transport
