Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry (Personal Lines and /or Commercial Lines) Minimum 3 years managing national or regional Broker Consultants Minimum 3 years binder management and/or outsource partner management experience Matric / Grade 12 (Essential) FAIS Compliant (RE5 required, RE1 advantageous) NQF Level 5/6 qualification in Insurance or Business (advantageous) Strong broker distribution and relationship management experience Proven track record of delivering sales and growth targets

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a national team of Broker Consultants. Develop and implement broker distribution strategies aligned to business objectives. Grow broker portfolio through onboarding, relationship building, and activation. Drive monthly and annual GWP, conversion, productivity, and broker engagement targets. Conduct joint broker visits, performance reviews, and consultant field assessments. Strengthen long-term broker partnerships and identify new distribution opportunities. Manage escalations and resolve service challenges. Oversee compliance with FAIS, POPIA, TCF, COFI, binder and outsource partner obligations. * Ensure accurate reporting, and dashboard performance insights.
