Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with independent financial advisers
Identify and pursue business development opportunities through analysis of adviser and client needs
Prepare tailored quotes and provide strategic recommendations
Deliver technical product training and support
Assist advisers with product accreditations and present key selling points
Handle technical product queries and manage objections professionally
Promote innovative long-term insurance and investment product solutions

Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
Experience in the financial services industry
Proven knowledge of long-term insurance and investment products
Track record in a similar sales or broker support role
Valid drivers license and own transport
Proficiency with technology
Strong communication skills in English (Afrikaans is an advantage)
