Purpose of position:
Providing existing clients and brokers with exceptional service, identifying client needs, responding to client queries, and delivering royal service.
Responsibilities:
Handling all calls and e-mails from existing clients and brokers
Fulfilling all administrative aspects of a client's policy
Offering and upselling additional products and giving sound financial advice
Dealing with all queries and complaints in a competent, efficient and professional manner, and in accordance with King Price's quality standards and values
Treating every client and broker like royalty and providing amazing service
Requirements:
Matric / NQF4 equivalent (essential)
RE5 and full FAIS accreditation (advantageous)
Previous call centre experience (preferred)
Computer literacy
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Client service and sales oriented
Attention to detail and quality oriented
Deadline and results driven
Ability to take initiative
Enthusiastic and passionate about the job and the company
Planning, administrative, and organisational skills
