Brewing Technician
Job Description
Compile CIP and ClO2 reports for their relative KPI's
Check and record all stock levels
Complete a daily usage report
Compile Action Log for each report
Submit all reports to Account Manager before shift ends
Complete daily brewing report Daily titrations
Check and record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP Stations
Check all equipment (ensure spares are kept on site)
Attend morning meetings
Conduct CIP validations
Capture data/ concerns from operators
Oversee receiving of stock
Manage Check and confirm that operator task list has been completed
Confirm that all daily actions for the operators are completed
All actions set out by AM to technician have been completed
