Job Summary
Breakfast Chef
Job Duties:

  • Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard
  • Ensuring all food preparation meets health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
  • Ordering and managing stock levels for breakfast ingredients
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth breakfast service
Required Qualifications:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
Education:
  • Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience in a hotel environment
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of breakfast food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in culinary arts or hospitality management
Working Conditions:
  • Live-In accommodation provided
  • Full-Time hours with potential for overtime
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment
