Job Summary
Breakfast Chef
Job Duties:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Ensuring all food preparation meets health and safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Ordering and managing stock levels for breakfast ingredients
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth breakfast service
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience in a hotel environment
- Strong understanding of breakfast food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Additional certifications in culinary arts or hospitality management
- Live-In accommodation provided
- Full-Time hours with potential for overtime
- Fast-paced kitchen environment
