Job Description
This role is perfect for a guest-focused individual with a background in culinary arts, with a specific focus on breakfast service. Must have strong administrative skills, especially in menu development and food costing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous chef experience, ideally in an upmarket setting
- Ability to do food costing
- Ability to do menu development
- Strong administrative abilities
- Experience in baking breads and pastries
- Ability to take initiative
- Great communication skills, both with guests during breakfast service, and within the team
- Open to half days (as this role will mostly be for breakfast service, breads and pastries)
- R10k-R13k per month
