Brand Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a

luxury-focused marketing strategy

that showcases our expertise and builds trust with high-net-worth individuals, property developers, and corporate executives. This role requires both

strategic thinking and hands-on execution

across brand positioning, content, PR, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the brand strategy to position ONE Security Group as South Africa's most trusted premium protection provider. Manage the production of high-end marketing assets:

cinematic videos, professional photography, case studies, and estate security reports

. Build and maintain relationships with

luxury media outlets, estate developers, and private client networks

. Oversee

digital marketing campaigns

(LinkedIn Ads, SEO, geo-targeted estate campaigns). Create client-facing thought-leadership content (

whitepapers, SAFE dashboards, newsletters

). Collaborate with external creatives (videographers, designers, PR firms) to ensure

brand consistency

. Support the CEO in

high-profile client pitches and presentations

.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in brand marketing, ideally in

luxury, private banking, property, or high-end services

. Strong portfolio of campaigns targeting

wealthy, niche audiences

(not mass-market). Exceptional

storytelling, copywriting, and visual direction

skills. Network in South Africa's

property, finance, or luxury lifestyle sectors

is a strong plus. Comfortable balancing

strategy with execution

--a self-starter who can deliver results quickly.

(must handle sensitive information). Sharp, polished, and confident in front of high-value clients.

Creative but commercially driven
