• Qualification and Skills Requirements
• Degree in marketing, communication or related.
• 3-5 years proven work experience as a Brand Marketing Manager
• Experience in the Telecommunication sector an advantage
• Project management experience, highly skill of encompassing PR, branding, social media, content creation, strategic thinking, and relationship management.
• A great grasp of the English language and outstanding copywriting skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics
• Creative, proactive and take ownership of assigned jobs.

• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of medias, foster and manage brand partnerships and event activations.
• To develop, implement and measure tactical campaigns.
• To support and enable channels to execute on customer engagement initiatives and design appropriate tactical incentives.
• To support Portfolio Managers in developing and executing on effective customer engagement strategies that align to desired business objectives.
• Ensuring governance of campaign metrics, the refinement and improvement of current process and driving budget requirements based on set objectives.
• Understand the key measurement tools available (such as Google Analytics) and analyse the data/results.
• Weekly reporting.
• Meet KPIxe2x80x99s and goals set out.
• Stay current on marketing trends, news on social media and competitive activity.
