This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys building brand recognition from the ground up, managing PR and social media, and identifying new outreach opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping how the business is perceived by investors, partners, and the wider market, supporting long-term growth and credibility.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's brand identity across all channels
• Plan and execute PR initiatives to increase visibility and credibility within the industry
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging content
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns aligned with business and investor goals
• Support outreach initiatives to new investors, partners, and strategic opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of marketing and investor-facing materials
• Monitor brand performance, engagement, and market perception
• Work closely with leadership to align messaging with company developments and milestones

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in brand, marketing, PR, or social media roles
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement
• Experience creating content for professional or investor-facing audiences
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic with a growth-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand initiatives
• Experience within mining, resources, or B2B sectors is advantageous but not essential
• Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
