Job Description

RPO Recruitment is seeking a creative and experienced Brand Manager to join our client, a Wine Wholesales & Imports company. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and implement brand campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Manage and execute brand campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and social media
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand initiatives
• Manage brand budget and ensure that marketing activities are within budget
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify brand growth opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust brand strategies accordingly
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and produce marketing collateral

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the wine industry
• Strong understanding of wine wholesales and imports market
• Experience in developing and executing brand strategies
• Knowledge of wine marketing and consumer trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
