Job Description


You'll drive brand growth and franchisee support through innovative marketing strategies in this dynamic role. You will focus on engaging customers authentically across various channels while managing the marketing budget seamlessly.Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency in Technology tools like MS Teams, Magnetic Traffic tool, etc.
  • 4+ Years prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Awareness of global trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Influencing and negotiation prowess.
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Evidence-based decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and adept at managing multiple projects.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
Key Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):
  • Maintain fiscal discipline through budgeting and forecasting.
  • Brand development and PR strategies to elevate brand power.
  • Drive creative development of communication assets and best practices.
  • Manage social media presence for consistency and impact.
  • Implement personalized data communication through market automation.
  • Analyze market data and trends to influence strategy.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Oversee agency and service provider relationships.
