What the job involves.. 
 Leading and executing the brand strategy for a dynamic sports betting brand across African and European markets 
 Acting as the brand custodian - ensuring consistency, relevance and growth 
 Collaborating with creative, content and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns 
 Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities 
 Working closely with sponsorship, PR, and media partners to maximise brand impact 
 Managing budgets, reporting on performance and driving commercial outcomes 
 Overseeing campaign rollouts across multiple channels, including digital, social and on-the-ground activations 
 Ensuring all brand messaging resonates with diverse audiences in Africa and Europe 
 Representing the brand at industry events, launches and activations 
 What you need to be considered.. 
 5+ years' experience in brand management, ideally within sports betting, beverages, telco, retail (e.g. Breweries, Telco, Checkers, etc.), or a related fast-paced consumer sector 
 Proven experience working on large, high-profile brands 
 Strong understanding of the sports and betting landscape in Africa and/or Europe 
 Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results 
 Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills 
 Hands-on experience with brand activations and integrated campaigns 
 A genuine passion for sports is absolutely essential! 
 Ability to thrive in a high-energy, all-in-office environment 
 Bonus points if you.. 
 Have worked with major sports, entertainment or betting brands before 
 Bring strong industry connections across Africa and/or Europe 
 Have experience with digital marketing and/or sponsorships in sport
