Job Summary

Established crop producer and juice manufacturing company with high local and global market share has a position available in their Marketing department for a Brand Manager. A Minimum of 3 years experience in Brand Management and Brand Strategy required. As a professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers, serving as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand, including campaigns, events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships- shaping the company's external image. Based on a Farm in Tarlton, Johannesburg. Remuneration band: R35 000 - R45 000 p.m. CTC.

Requirements:

• BCom Marketing/Brand Management
• 3-6 Years Brand Strategy and Management experience, preferably within FMCG/Agriculture industry
• Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects ( advertising, market research, consumer behavior's, marketing analytics)
• Advanced Communication (verbal and written) skills on all levels
• Advanced MS Office
• Analytical skill's and business savvy
• Own car

Duties:

• Manage & Develop Profit/Loss and driving market growth
• Maintain company's public image
• Make decisions about the cost of branding and analysing trends in customers spending
• Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets
• Oversee Social Media Accounts and ensure brand consistency
• Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
• Help shape and communicate vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to market strategies
• Aid in creation of marketing and advertising campaigns
• Develop custom market and advertising strategies
• Write pitches, blog posts and articles
• Conduct client meetings
• Oversee junior marketing staff
