Lead and manage new product development, from ideation through to market launch.
Oversee packaging design and development, collaborating with internal creative teams and external design agencies.
Develop and maintain product training materials.
Monitor and analyse product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing budgets.
Track and control product costing, pricing strategy, and marketing expenditure.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production and regulatory teams to ensure seamless brand execution.
Work closely with the AF Brands team to align on brand strategy, campaign execution, and product innovation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in brand management or product management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or health-related industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and consumer insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced brand environment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a strong advantage but not essential.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
