A global generic pharmaceutical company has a Brand Manager role for their CNS, Cardio and hospital products
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the company's generic pharmaceutical products. This role involves managing brand performance, driving market growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve market share and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee product development, launch, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and product uptake.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to align brand objectives and ensure effective execution.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on product positioning and messaging.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to meet profitability targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences and events.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical brands.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
