Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development
: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, growth, and market share
Brand Communication
: Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels
Market Research
: Conduct regular consumer and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Product Launches & Campaigns
: Plan and execute product launches
Brand Performance Monitoring
: Track and report on brand performance metrics
Budget Management
: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and activities
Team Collaboration:
Marketing, Design, Product - including existing product and new product development

: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey brand messages clearly and persuasively.

: Ability to think outside the box and develop engaging marketing campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management
Matric Mathematics (not literacy)
At least 5 years' Brand Management or Marketing experience within a branded FMCG company
Microsoft Office: good Excel Skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and competency in PowerPoint and Word.
High Numerical Skills and Analytical skills.
Driver's License
Willingness to travel occasionally

Pay: Up to R40000,00 per month
