An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to join the dynamic marketing team of a global premium FMCG leader. This role offers the chance to work on a category-leading product portfolio with strong international equity, and to contribute to both short-term results and long-term brand strategy in the South African market.
Position Purpose:
This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive sustainable sales growth and profitability. You will translate global brand positioning into impactful local market strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to bring your vision to life in trade, communication, and innovation.
Brand Strategy & Execution
Lead 3+ year brand planning and align local strategy with global guidelines.
Build and execute annual marketing and A&P plans that support brand equity and sales targets.
Own the full marketing calendar and campaign execution in partnership with agencies and commercial teams.
Conduct trade visits and consumer research to stay close to shopper behaviour and insights.
