Join our clients team as a Brand Manager in the FMCG sector and take charge of strategic brand leadership. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you must leverage your skills to design and execute impactful brand communication and activations, achieving measurable results.

Stay ahead of market dynamics, adapting plans to outshine competitors. Collaborate seamlessly with creative partners and cross-functional teams for successful brand execution. Embrace a consumer-centric approach, crafting strategies that drive differentiation and business growth. Excel in financial stewardship, optimising budget allocation.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Marketing Related Degree/Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or Retail sector
  • Proven capability in designing and implementing brand communication and activations, with measurable results aligned to brand objectives.
  • Strategic, creative, innovative thinker with strong operational capabilities
  • Comfortable negotiating the brand's needs relative to those of customers, consumers, media and events partners.
  • Understanding of the retail environment and route to consumer pathways
  • Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, assertive and able to use initiative
