Job Summary Generate leads for the sales call center: Plan, Implement and manage lead capturing activity across the following lead channels: Online paid media campaign leads Wi-Fi sponsorship activations Strong post campaign reporting FNO portal leads Open new channels for leads Work closely with SCC on conversion performance to deliver best conversation Manage post lead capture campaigns, working the leads base to drive conversion Dial + Email channels Support the corporate, reseller and partner sales channel managers With collateral (across a range of channels) that drives brand consideration and sales conversion Go to Market Acquisition campaigns: Work closely with Head of product to develop company led deals based on previous campaign learnings Plan, implement and measure performance for all go to market campaigns. Mix of supplier led and company led deal campaigns, but also business as usual Strong post campaign reporting Working closely with the HOM + Online brand manager, create deal campaigns that support the deal and provide all collateral to relevant media channels including online, radio and others Work with PMs to negotiate supplier deals and marketing investment to support campaigns Manage deals calendar with Head of marketing (HOM) and Product managers (PMs) Plan and implement localized and mass reach communication driving brand and/. or deal consideration Work closely with the FNO marketing teams to ensure the company share of voice within FNO marketing channels. Look to build strong relationships and negotiate value for the company Skills & Experience: Excellent negotiation skills to achieve max value for the company High levels of tech/connectivity interest are beneficial. Equally excited by sales and marketing. Commercial marketing role that is driving activity to achieve sales Must have managed campaign/promotional calendars Experience in working with design and agency resources to plan and execute stand out campaigns both for deals and SCC lead capture campaigns Multi-tasker with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns across channels Strong understanding of consideration and conversion funnels to ensure the right message at the right time. High action orientation and drive to succeed Take initiative to solve problems and a self-starter who can deliver under pressure Ability to operate in fast paced and pressurized situations Organized, with strong attention to detail demonstrated in both campaign planning and post campaign reporting with accuracy of information essential Work well with other teams as the role is cross functional and you will need to build relationships and negotiate the best deals Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or proven experience-based equivalent Contact Suzaan du Toit on
