Position : Brand Management Associate
Working Schedule : 8a-5p PST
Salary Range : South Africa $1500-$2000 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Management Associate to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role offers hands-on experience in brand building, market research, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do
You'll support a Brand Manager on the day-to-day execution of a fast-growing brand. This role touches operations, marketing, and customer experience. Your work may include:
Operations & Inventory
? Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs
? Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts Project Management
? Assist with task management and internal team coordination
? Help plan product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Marketing Support
? Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
? Draft social media posts, email content, or creative briefs
? Help QA landing pages, ads, and website updates
Customer Experience
? Respond to support tickets and help improve customer satisfaction
? Monitor feedback and flag issues in the product or fulfillment Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of direct experience managing or assisting in the management of an e-commerce supply chain.
• E-commerce experience - especially if you've worked with Shopify, Amazon, or consumer brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication - you communicate clearly and proactively, especially in writing.
• Attention to detail - You double-check your work and notice the little things that others might miss.
• Highly organized and proactive - you love checklists, systems, and keeping projects on track.
• Nice-to-have tool experience - Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, CRMs, Canva, or Figma is helpful, but not required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - You don't wait to be told what to do--you ask questions, solve problems, and take
