Key Performance Output
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Brand Marketing Specialist, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

  • Development of digital campaigns to increase foot traffic to ACSA digital and social platforms such as the ACSA website, ACSA App and social media pages.
  • Setting specific objectives to develop cohesive research for the Brand and Marketing, Stakeholder Management and communications divisions within Corporate Service to inform the campaigns, communication techniques and tactical plans
  • Designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research that supports all activations.
  • Support strategic initiatives on researching the company stakeholder engagement processes and interfaces internally and externally and come up with innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources team to evaluate, refine, and create internal communication, including divisional announcements, onboarding materials and other internal marketing assets.
  • Provide support to various ACSA departmental functions as a centre of excellence, providing strategic guidance to all internal business partners including regional Airports through the research conducted.
  • Provide research outcome direction for solution to enable the business to deliver effective and efficient real time information and results.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, governance, policies, procedures, standards and sound business practice to meet business and operation management standards.
  • Provision of accurate and on time reports in accordance with business and senior management requirements. Reports must be well researched and analysed with key recommendations and outcomes.
  • Ensure remedial actions are implemented timeously to address non-conformances.
  • Assess variances as required and monitor remedial action within span of control
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:
  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) in Communications /Business Management / Administration/ Research is essential.
  • 4 -5 years operational experience in marketing, communication, brand, reputation, stakeholder and SED portfolios is essential.
  • Code B; Motor vehicle licence
  • MS Office at intermediate level

Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide proof of their qualifications, NQF level and credits, and must be eligible for Top Security Clearance within 3 months of appointment.
