Brand Ambassador & Trade Show Sales Representative (Remote + U.S. Travel)

About the Role



We are a fast-growing American lighting brand expanding nationally through

trade shows, retail partnerships, and distributor relationships

. We are looking for a

high-energy, confident Brand Ambassador & Sales Representative

to represent our brand in person at U.S. trade shows and support follow-up sales activities after events.

This role is for someone who is

outgoing, professional, well-spoken, and comfortable being the face of a premium brand

.

You may live anywhere in Mexico and will travel to the United States for scheduled trade shows (travel expenses covered).

Key Responsibilities



Represent the brand at

U.S. trade shows and industry events

Confidently

engage attendees

, bring people into the booth, and start conversations Introduce products clearly and professionally to buyers, reps, and decision-makers Capture and qualify leads during events Conduct

post-trade-show outreach

(email, phone, LinkedIn follow-ups) Support relationships with: Retail stores Manufacturer reps Distribution partners Assist with ongoing customer outreach and account follow-ups Bonus:Assist with simple social media content (booth photos, short videos, event posts)

Who We're Looking For



Confident, energetic, and personable communicator

Excellent English speaking skills

(required) Comfortable approaching and talking with strangers Professional appearance and strong personal presence Self-motivated, reliable, and organized Willing and able to

travel to the U.S. for trade shows

Comfortable learning product details and explaining value clearly

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)



Experience in: Trade shows or live events Brand ambassador roles Sales (B2B or B2C) Retail or distributor support Social media familiarity (Instagram, LinkedIn, short videos)

Compensation



Base pay:

Competitive monthly compensation (top of market)

Performance incentives:

Bonuses and/or commissions All

U.S. trade show travel expenses covered
