Overall Purpose of the Job:



Brand Ambassadors are graduating students selected and trained to act as School Marketers for a two-month period. They will attend career expos, conduct school presentations, perform demonstrations, and support the Student Advisor Team with lead generation and basic administration tasks.



Key Performance Areas/Main Outputs and Responsibilities:





Career Expos (RFR and Other School Expos)



Pack and transport marketing collateral suited to the expected audience. Arrive at venues on time for setup and remain present for the full event duration. Engage confidently with prospective students and present where required. Conduct demos where suitable (coordinated with Campus Heads). Collect and submit lead cards to the Student Advisor Team. Success measured by volume and quality of leads generated.


School Presentations



Schedule visits with Consumer Studies, Hospitality, Tourism, or Life Orientation Teachers. Confirm appointments the day prior to each presentation. Prepare and pack suitable marketing collateral. Deliver engaging presentations, including a practical demo. Motivate learners to complete lead cards and submit them to Student Advisors.

Administration Support



Assist Student Advisors with follow-ups on outstanding documentation. Ensure admission requirements and relevant registration documentation are completed accurately. Assist with uniform fittings and related admin. Support registration processes when required, without compromising school-visit duties.


Finance Requirements



Ensure debit order mandates and financial documentation are accurately completed.

Portfolio of Evidence



Provide photographic proof of school visit setups to the Campus Head. Record all visits, expos, and leads collected on the School Visit Tracker.

Requirements



Grade 12 Capsicum Alumni Must have own vehicle Travel reimbursement provided

Skills:




Strong communication and public-speaking skills. Presentable, approachable, and comfortable engaging with groups of students. * Able to conduct simple demonstrations during school visits.
