National Diploma in Business Administration/Management/ related field.
At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a supervisory/ team leader or managerial role within Sales/Operations/Retail/Warehouse environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Lead, support, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent customer service.
Assist with staff training and development, and support HR functions such as timekeeping, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring the space is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Manage petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organised through regular merchandising updates.
Handle customer queries professionally and work to resolve any issues promptly.
Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience and branch efficiency.
Assist with the receiving, shelving, dispatching, orders from head office as well as returns.
Ensure all operations follow standard procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.
