Cake Zone Confectionery
Cake Zone is opening a new flagship studio at
Mushroom Farm Retail Center
on Allandale road in Midrand and requires a capableBranch Supervisor
to oversee all aspects of branch operations. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, passion for customer service and excellence.Minimum Requirements
At least
5 years' experience
supervising, coordinating, and managing a retail, take-away, or restaurant establishment, known for its customer service. Strongadministration and organizational skills
with strong attention to detail. Good knowledge ofMS Office (especially Excel)
and general computer literacy.Matric certificate
(compulsory) plus a post-matric qualification in administration or computer skills a plus ValidSouth African ID
andclear criminal record
.Driver's license
is advantageous. Familiarity with thebakery/confectionery industry
will be considered a strong plus. Excellentcommunication skills
(both verbal and written). Punctual, honest, diligent, and reliable character.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage
customer event cake orders
Verify, reconcile, and monitor orders to ensurezero discrepancies
in accuracy and timing Supervise and motivate a small team of3-4 customer service staff
while ensuring excellent service delivery Take full responsibility for receiving, recording, and capturing allstock movements
in the POS system Maintain accountability for accurate cashier transactions, preventing stock loss or theft Overseemerchandising, stock rotation, and daily stock counts
of confectionery products Conductdaily cash-ups
and depositsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lebowakgomo, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Supervisor in Retail or Restaurant: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
