Requirements:
Grade 12
I.T. Hardware and Renewable Energy Products knowledge & Sales Experience
2-3 Years of Demonstrable Experience in A Supervisory Capacity at A Retail Store, Or Similar
Needs to be Computer Literate
Well-groomed and presentable
Valid License and Own Vehicle/Transport (to travel to and from work)
Duties:
Efficiently Supervise the Daily Operations of The Branch and Ensure Smooth Functioning of the Store.
To Maintain Good Customer Relationships by Prompt and Efficient Service and Courteous Attention of Branch Staff to Customer's Requirements at All Times.
Manage All Assets of The Branch and Ensure Proper Resource Allocation to Meet Branch Business Requirements.
Monitoring Shelve Stocks and Product Displays, And the General Appearance of The Store.
Develop And Maintain the Store Attractiveness, Presentability & Cleanliness.
Ensure Excellent Customer Satisfaction, always.
Ensure That Products Displayed in The Store Are in Line with Company Policies.
Ensure That Products Are Replenished Through the Use of The Company's Inventory System.
Ensure That Products Are Properly Merchandised and Accurately Priced and Labelled.
Any Other Duties and Responsibilities Which May Be Assigned by The Company from Time to Time
