to clients in this area

xc2xb7Parcel Perfect, Totems, and Landmark/Fleet Active experience advantageous
xc2xb7Good knowledge of HR and disciplinary procedures
xc2xb7Experience in managing and training staff and fleet compliment
xc2xb7Data analyses and high-level reporting experience
xc2xb7 Effectively and efficiently manage Operations team and Driver Compliment
xc2xb7 Achieve KPIs, meet set targets, and set up budgets
xc2xb7 Ensure that there is compliance with all policies and procedures and strict
adherence to internal controls
xc2xb7 Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously
and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision-making
xc2xb7 Ensure achievement of the companys strategic objectives, goals, and targets
xc2xb7 Play a detailed support role to the Regional Executive
xc2xb7 Apply the most efficient logistic solutions to minimize the companys internal
costs

requirements
