About the Company The company is a micro loans, short-term credit provider in South Africa, providing responsible and ethical loans to our clients. About the Role A branch manager is any individual that oversees the operations of one specific branch. Areas that a branch manager oversees include managing employees, ensuring sales targets are met, staff training, marketing, and administration. Responsibilities
- Running of the branch including staff, operations, sales, orders, credit control and admin
- Assist sales consultants with fieldwork and closing deals
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and ensuring complaints are dealt with in a sensitive and efficient manner.
- Ensure everyone is working towards business goals and objectives
- Staff Management, training, and disciplinary procedures
- English xe2x80x93 Speak, read & write
- Own Transport (able to get to the workplace)
- Grade 12
- Min 2 years Experience in the Micro Finance Industry
- Management Experience will be advantageous
- Concern for the well-being of others
- Problem-solving skills
- Can handle frustration
- Have the quality of reacting quickly and positively to a situation
- Self-motivated
- Engaged attitude
- Innovative
