Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at our microfinance branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, ensuring compliance with lending policies, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, including loan origination, disbursement, and collections. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and risk management practices. Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets. Oversee credit assessments and approve loans within delegated authority. Monitor loan portfolio quality and implement effective collection strategies. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications

Diploma in Micro Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of credit risk and micro lending practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems
