A Selby based company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and drive the operations of our branch, with a strong focus on sales performance, manufacturing productivity, and efficient dispatch and logistics. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Experience in manufacturing/production planning and efficiency improvement.
Knowledge of dispatch/logistics systems and stock control processes.
Financial acumen: budget management, P&L responsibility.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office, CRM tools
Decisive - Can make tough decisions quickly and confidently.
