Branch Manager (recruitment Agency)
Job Description
Specialist recruitment agency seeks your senior level experience in overseeing a team, and managing your own perm placements, within an agency environment. Will suit a highly-energetic and enthusiastic person, who enjoys dealing with people, and achieving targeted sales. Tertiary qualification essential, along with min 5 years senior experience and proven background in handling own vacancies, as well as driving and motivating a team. Valid drivers licence + own transport required.
This is NOT an HR role, but rather a sales role, and recruitment agency experience is ESSENTIAL.
Company offers basic salary, travel allowance + excellent commission structure.
