Providing a balanced advantage of quality and reliability, and turnkey renewable energy solutions for the residential sector - including solar power and battery back-up solutions xe2x80x93 from design to installation.Role DescriptionThe company is expanding its operations, and as a result is in search of a Branch Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a new branch in Port Elizabeth. You will direct all work performed in the branch, such as developing budget forecasts, managing operational aspects, and overseeing installations on a project to completion. You will also need to manage and supervise staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and successful overall branch operations. You will need to have a hands-on approach and must be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.SalaryTo be discussed in the interviewResponsibilitiesxe2x97x8f Manage the day-to-day operations of the branchxe2x97x8f Set out and accomplish goals and metrics as set by head officexe2x97x8f Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plansxe2x97x8f Work with the finance team to manage the income and controllable expensesxe2x97x8f Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately to projectsxe2x97x8f Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to the staffxe2x97x8f Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunitiesxe2x97x8f Manage the installation of projects from start to completionxe2x97x8f Oversee and manage the recruitment of individuals joining the branchxe2x97x8f Take responsibility for the maintenance of vehicles and equipmentxe2x97x8f Effectively manage customer services and after-sales queriesxe2x97x8f Take ownership of all branch operations in George.Requirementsxe2x97x8f Previous experience with managing teamsxe2x97x8f Previous experience with managing profitability for a branch of a businessxe2x97x8f Must be a leader with entrepreneurial skills and a track record of success in previous roles/business venturesxe2x97x8f Must be a peoplexe2x80x99s person, able to manage the relationship with clients and staff professionally and effectivelyxe2x97x8f Process-oriented with strong admin and reporting skillsxe2x97x8f Experience in the construction industry would be preferredxe2x97x8f Previous experience with solar installations would be beneficialxe2x97x8f Preferably based in Gqeberha / PE.xe2x97x8f Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own vehicleJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Technical: 5 years (Required)Leadership: 5 years (Required)Construction: 5 years (Preferred)Renewable Energy: 2 years (Preferred)
