This position is for experienced Managers to take on a new challenge of running our
Polokwane store
and take full advantage of training and development initiatives to ensure we offer our customers the full Outdoor Warehouse Experience.
Key Requirements:
C
_ompleted High School Qualification (or equivalent qualification)_
Valid Driver License
4 years in-store retail experience
2 years management experience
Proven track record in shrinkage- and expense control, budgets and exceptional customer service
IR experience will be an advantage
Staff Management (4 - 6 staff)
Ability to engage actively with customers, suppliers and respective company offices
Computer literate (MS Word/Excel), including strong numeric competency
Good verbal- and written communication skills, target driven and exceptional leadership skills
