Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities



Identify and address all critical training and development needs to mobilize staff to perform their functions effectively.



Plan, implement and manage projects to meet the agreed timelines while adhering to the planned cost budgets.



Ensure effective and optimum utilization of all resource, inclusive of human resources.



Effective management of business development function:

Identify new business opportunities, monitor and assess the market environment in terms of competitors and current customers.



Maintain safety standards and always comply with the company's safety instructions and requirements.



Must meet with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues.



Facilitate the motivation, loyalty and goal directed activities of all employees and identifying possible areas for improvement.



Ensure that the work done is in accordance with the company's standards.



Ensure operation and financial targets are met.



N2 Trade related subjects, or 5 years as qualified Artisan



Recognized Trade test certificate. Diesel Mechanic or similar



Proficient in English & Afrikaans language.



Minimum of 5 years Management experience



Understand of mining machinery and Motor Engineering



Good computer skills required - Autoplan and Microsoft, with adaptability to new systems



Vast knowledge of electrical and motor engineering



Must be able to manage a team effectively



Lives in close by region or willing to relocate



Sales Experience



Between 5 - 7 Years
