Job Summary
Inherent requirements:

  • Matric
  • Diploma / equivalent qualification or relevant experience with industry knowledge
  • Minimum 10 years' experience and proven successful track record in recruitment Sales, Perm and preferably White and Blue-Collar Temporary Employment Services (TES)
  • Minimum 6 years' experience at Management level responsible for the running of a profitable business / budget owner - bottom line driven
  • Previous IR (Industrial Relations) experience and good knowledge of IR Procedures
  • Proven experience in complete running of Executive Search assignments from presentation of solution to delivery on project (full cycle)
  • Proven track record in providing high volume sales solutions successfully
  • Proven success in growing and managing major accounts both TES and Perm
  • Proven track record of new business and successful branch / operations management
  • Good knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils and Sectoral Determinations
  • Financial acumen (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • A valid drivers' license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for facilitation of strategic sales and operational planning and execution thereof
  • Act as custodian of all branch candidates, clients, permanent, and temporary employees
Ensuring effective site operations above average customer service
Conduct presentations at board level to secure contracts / Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Responsible for the monitoring and evaluating of strategic planning and evaluation with emphasis on gross profit and performance
Responsible for the operational efficiencies and service delivery for the branch
Lateral development of existing client base / services
Responsible for end-to-end delivery and fulfilment process, which includes ensuring that such processes are well defined and streamlined and that processes are bench-marked and standardized
Ensure effective site operations at clients
Responsible for the operational efficiencies and service delivery for the branch
Networking and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Client Relationship Management (internally and externally)
Responsible and accountable for the achievement of the branch budgets in line with nett profits
Develop and lead a high-performance team of staff by establishing key performance deliverables for each individual in line with supporting the objectives set out in the strategic plans and goals
Business Development and Marketing of RecruitCo services to industries within the region
Quality assurance and compliance
Responsible for effective management of administration, finance, reporting
Conduct research on every client given to recruit for prior to sourcing skills
Network to ensure strong database of skills
Build up a database in line with positions given to recruit
Place adverts for jobs allocated to ensure attraction of skill
Contact possible candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time frames
Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection) ensuring all detail and volumes are reflected
Final check CV's returned from typing to ensure accuracy in presentation of candidates to clients
Ensure that all verifications are conducted on all candidates (references, Kroll, Credit and criminal checks etc.) referred to clients
Establish a filing system on desk to ensure compliance of desk process
Always ensure adherence to the Cluster Quality process
Responsible for generating sales leads as instructed by Head of Cluster (all industries) and sharing of this with TES and PERM teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Responsible for coordinating interviews on client request
Ensure that candidates attending interviews with clients have been met by either consultant or account executive
Ensure that candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared for the interview (share of job specification, company information, culture of environment and interview style) to be done at least 48hours prior to attendance

Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
