The purpose of the position is to manage the day today branch operations taking full accountability and responsibility for the branch customer service, financial performance and staff motivation and skill to enable the achievement of monthly financial targets.
KPI
Strategize, plan and monitor to ensure that the financial targets set for the branch are achieved.
Set down customer service management guidelines to ensure effective service and customer retention
Ensure effective office management
Ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place to mitigate business risks faced by the branch
Motivate, communicate, coach and delegate tasks to staff in order to meet the needs of the business and to ensure fast and effective customer service.
Performance manage and train staff to achieve business targets and goals
