- Financial and budgetary targets
- Plant efficiency and availability
- Supply efficiency
- Maximise profitability on approved budgets
- Successful implementation of new projects and achievement of agreed deliverables
- Effective leadership, development and direction of human resources in the branch
- Customer centricity and sales
- Grade 12
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification xe2x80x93 Civil Engineering preferred
- 4 - 5 years proven industry experience, of which at least 2 years has been in a management capacity
- Computer and financial literacy
- Driverxe2x80x99s licence
