Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
o Manage the daily operation and administration of the branch;
o Manage and drive the branch sales and performance;
o Online Clients / Walk In Clients / Call In Clients
o Set and enforce standards for customer service, receiving and addressing customer complaints;
o Oversee store inventory, ordering and receiving products, monitoring product quality, and adjusting inventory to meet customer needs;
o Monitor store financial performance, setting business objectives and implementing strategies to meet those targets; and
o Supervise the branch employees, overseeing hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling together with Senior Management.

o Professionally assist all clients;
o Always act in the best interest of the company;

Minimum requirements:
o Grade 12 (matric);
o Valid driver's license;
o Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Branch Manager in the retail industry; and
o
A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
Package and remuneration:
o Starting Basic of R15,000 depending on experience; and
o Bonus for reaching Branch and Company Targets.
