Qualification and work experience Matric/Grade 12 6 to 8 yearsxe2x80x99 store management experience within IT Retail sector Experience managing a store with turnover of between R20m - R30m per annum Experiencing managing at least 6 permanent staff Warranty and repair experience advantageous MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Enterprise Inventory systems Skills and competencies Planning, Organizing and prioritizing Interpersonal skills & Managing Performance Judgment and decision making Resilient, Drive & energy High attention to detail Operational & Commercial Focus Customer orientated Ability to multitask Tech savvy Key Outputs 1.
