Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a Branch Manager for their branch in Mpumalanga. The candidate must have a Degree in Business Management and 5 years experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 Years' experience in similar role.
  • In dept understanding and knowledge of mining machines, components, application and operations.
  • Driven, results orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Know what is happening in the Market, community and Customers.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy Development and Execution.
  • Representing the company when at customer meeting and community events.
  • Must take a leadership role in the business, delegating with knowledge and authority.
  • Maintain strong networking relationships with in the company, community and customers.
  • Manage the branch profitably and efficiently.
  • Increase Sales to market potential.
  • New Sales leads, service & Capital.
  • Identify business opportunities to grow market shares.
  • Manage to a risk matrix
  • Maintain the business premises in a clean and neat state, completing al necessary maintenance and repairs as planned or necessary.
