SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER - LITTLE FALLS

The Trailer Boys is a trailer rental company. The Senior Branch Managers is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day running of the branch. This includes sales, staff, and resources which in our case is the trailers.
The Senior Branch Managers role is to run the branch successfully. Working in the yard and office, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff, ultimately ensuring a professional and excellent customer service while at the same time focusing on the financial side of the business.
The successful candidate will have the following
Responsibilities
:Recruit, Train, Supervise and Appraise Staff,
Daily Planning
Ensure the trailers are maintained in professional manner,
Provide a high quality Professional Customer Service,
Deal with customer queries and complaints in order to resolve them amicably,
Follow office Procedures to execute all four aspects of the business namely Rentals, Sales, Service and Spares - in a consistent and professional manner, thereby satisfying customer demand,
Follow back-office procedures like:
o Monthly Spares Stock Take,
o Weekly Trailer Maintenance,
o Weekly Office Stock Take,
o Weekly Tools Stock Take.
Maximise Profitability by meeting or exceeding income and turnover targets,
Ensuring compliance with HEALTH AND SAFETY legislation.
The successful candidate should possess the following

5 Year Minimum managerial Experience
The starting
Remuneration Package
is R20 000Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R20000,00 per month
