Job Description

Duties:

Oversee and coordinate all operations of the branch

Open and close the shop daily

Ensure all security measures are in place

Do daily walks to ensure the shop and yard are neat and that products are labelled correctly

Managing staff accordingly.

Implement company policies and procedures

Oversee and manage the discipline, performance management and training of employees in the branch

Approve leave for employees and manage matters related to HR department timely

Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to

Managing stock control and ensure that stock levels are adequate as per the historical need

Manage and oversee stock rotation

Oversee quality control

Accounts management

Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

Managing of excellent customer service at all times from all levels withing the branch

Ensure that excellent customer service levels are maintained

Resolve customer queries in a positive manner

Ensure that daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly stock counts are conducted

Identify and manage strategic risks and opportunities in the business

Monitoring and minimise expenses and loses

Work closely with the operations manager to grow the business and customer acquisition.

Ensure that stock is binned and priced accurately.

Always follow company policies and procedures when executing your duties

Any

other job-related duties as per your supervisor or manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10000,00 - R15000,00 per month
