Effectively and efficiently manage a team 
  Achieve KPIs, meet set targets, and set up budgets 
  Ensure that there is compliance with all policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal controls 
  Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision-making 
  Ensure achievement of the companys strategic objectives, goals, and targets 
  Play a detailed support role to the Regional Executive 
  Apply the most efficient solutions to minimize the companys internal costs 
  Effectively manage the fleet to meet customers' delivery and collection requirements 
  Establish and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets 
  Enforce an ethical, honest, transparent, and fair work environment 
  Performance management of staff and succession planning 
  Recruitment and training on branch level 
  Compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to operations 
  Customer relationship management 
  Own business or senior management experience essential, 5 years minimum 
  Matric with a tertiary qualification advantageous 
  Geographical knowledge of the Northern Cape and surrounding areas is essential 
  Marketing to clients in this area 
  Customer and service-orientated 
  Attention to detail and experience in CRM use advantageous 
  Good knowledge of HR and disciplinary procedures 
  Experience in managing and training staff 
  Data analyses and high-level reporting experience
