Branch Manager - Permanent
We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch in JHB - Northern Suburbs. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Manage and motivate branch staff
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Coordinate with head office and other branches
