Our client in the Fiberglass Resin industry is currently looking for a Branch Manager, in Boksburg.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership:
• Motivate and empower a team of sales, logistics, and administrative personnel.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment with a focus on collaboration.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback for team growth.
• Inventory Management:
• Ensure optimal inventory levels for efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor stock movement and implement measures to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain reliable product availability.
• Financial Oversight:
• Manage branch budget and monitor expenses diligently.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and analyze key performance indicators.
• Implement cost-saving measures and ensure branch profitability.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Oversee branch compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making for the branch and the company.

• Bookkeeping/Accountant qualification.
• 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in working with balance sheets.
• Advanced Excel.
• Manage all branch activities xe2x80x93 sales and stock.
• Oversee both debtor and creditor department.
• Total financial aspects xe2x80x93 including budgeting xe2x80x93 and dealing with highly confidential information such as cost calculations and salaries.
• Ensuring that all company procedures are adhered to.
• Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in bookkeeping.
• Minimum 2 years in a management position.
• Proficiency in Sage Evolution/Pastel.
• Excel literate and attention to detail.
• Strong leader with good communication skills.
• Work well in a team.
• Candidate must be Bilingual.

• R30 000 xe2x80x93 R50 000 per month.
