Seasoned Branch Manager sought to join Real Estate Organisation.

Our client is an award-winning company, that is recognised across the globe. Operating for almost 5 decades, their success has led them to opening over 300 branches. As one of South Africa's leading independent real estate group's, their speciality is selling and letting of residential properties. Additionally, they provide their property services in the commercial and hospitality space.

They are looking for a Branch Manager to head up on of their most successful offices, based in Johannesburg. This office consists of Agents and other supporting staff members, with great diversity. In this role, you will be reporting to the Regional Head. The primary function of this position is to create and implement strategies to increase sales and ensure that the branch meets financial and operational targets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring branch compliance to legal requirements
• Recruiting of Agents
• Ensure consistent development of Agents through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Creating and implementing branch strategies and budgets
• Monitor and control branch expenses
• Checking that all administrative functions are executed timeously and efficiently
• Resolving any branch matters
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma
• Full Status FFC
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading/managing a team
• Extensive knowledge of the Real Estate sector
• Experience and understanding of property sales
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
