Branch Manager (it Distribution)
Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Manager for a Renowned IT Distribution Company in Durban.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience managing an IT sales team
At least 5 years' experience in IT product sales
Solid experience within the IT Distribution Industry
Staff Management experience is essential
Matric qualification
Valid Driver's License and Own vehicle
Duties:
Manage the day to day operations with weekly meetings in each department: Sales, Stores, Technical
Setting and managing sales targets
Maintain a fluent business process and plan
Consistently build the Company's Brand as well as the brand agencies
Business Development
Gathering of customer data and needs
Analysis of actual sales compared to budgets and targets
Customer visits through the Nelspruit region
Grow depth and breadth of product through our Customer Base
Present and report branch performance Weekly, Monthly and Yearly etc.
